Intersectionality Matters is a Webby Award-winning podcast hosted by Kimberlé Crenshaw, Professor of Law at Columbia & UCLA and leading scholar of Critical Race Theory, who coined the concept of intersectionality.

A mixture of one-on-one interviews and group discussions, the podcast uplifts and illuminates the oft-misunderstood concept of intersectionality by highlighting the work of leading activists, artists and scholars. Intersectionaliyt Matters is an idea travelogue, illuminating hidden dimensions of some of today'‘s most pressing issues, and helping listeners understand politics, law, social movements, and their own lives in deeper, more nuanced ways.
